If you do not receive the tickets in the indicated email, once you have purchased them online, you can:
- Verify if your e-mail provider has inadvertently reported the e-mail as SPAM;
- Download the tickets from the specific download link on the purchase confirmation screen;
- Download them by logging in the reserved area with your ID and password (sent to your e-mail address at the time of the first purchase) and entering the "My tickets" section.
